Jimmy Fallon can tell you how to get to Sesame Street. Fallon, along with The Roots’ Tariq Trotter recently rapped with some of the most beloved Muppet characters as part of Sesame Street’s 50th anniversary celebration!

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon late-night host got creative with the iconic Muppet friends, including Elmo, Big Bird, Oscar the Grouch, Bert, Ernie, Grover and the Count during a bus ride video.

Before airing the video, Elmo popped up on Fallon’s show in a surprise appearance. The furry red monster showed Fallon the way to bus—and to Sesame Street. That’s where Trotter switched up the classic song and rapped lyrics such as, “to get to Sesame Street you don’t need a GPS,” and, “You can watch on HBO or check it out on PBS/I can tell you how to get there with some help from my friends/then you’ll never have to ask yourself that question again.”

The late-night host also rapped in the clip, adding, “Before we go much further I just wanted to say/that this rap was brought to you by the letters T and J”—obviously for Tariq and Jimmy.
